Delivery & Returns
How your liner arrives, what to check, and your cancellation and return rights.

Delivery
We deliver across mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Smaller liners are sent by courier; larger sheets and box-welded liners travel by pallet, which needs firm, level access for a tail-lift vehicle — tell us at the quote stage if access is tight. Standard stock liners are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days; made-to-measure liners take longer because they are fabricated to order, and we confirm the lead time with your quote.
Please check the goods on arrival before signing. If packaging is damaged, note it with the driver and photograph it, then contact us at hello@pondliner.org within 48 hours so we can put it right quickly.
Your right to cancel (stock items)
For standard stock items bought online or by phone, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. To cancel, email us with your order details. Return the liner unused, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of telling us; we refund the full price including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Unless the item is faulty, return carriage is at your cost — for pallet-sized liners we can arrange collection and deduct the actual carriage cost from the refund.
Made-to-measure orders
Made-to-measure and box-welded liners are manufactured to your dimensions, so the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once fabrication has begun (regulation 28(1)(b) — goods made to the consumer's specification). You can cancel free of charge at any point before fabrication starts. This exemption never affects your rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a liner is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us: within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund; after that we will repair or replace it, and refund you if we cannot. We cover return carriage for faulty or incorrect goods. Longer-term cover is set out in our guarantee, which applies in addition to these statutory rights.
